This report includes floor plans with square footage, location of electrical, cable and phone outlets. Location to elevators and other essential amenities. We will even provide a detailed a list of present properties available for sale if downsizing / rightsizing to purchase a new home is your plan.
Moving plan and timetable:
- Written relocation plan and timetable or a plan to age in place.
- Schedule, oversee and manage the entire move
- Provide professional packing, shipping and storage
- Manage the disposition and allocation of possessions to family, sale, charity and disposal
- Refer, interview & supervise Movers
- Miscellaneous: utilities transferred, travel companion services, documentation shredding and pet care.

- Will coordinate the sale, removal, donation of tangible assets
- Refer, Interview and supervise Appraisers, Auctioneers, Consignment, Estate Sale Professionals and more
- Pack and remove items for charitable donation
- Ship heirlooms to friends and family
- Help dispose of unwanted items with special attention to environment impact
Move-in Services:
- Help with resettlement and transition
- Unpacking, organizing and furniture placement (rightsizing)
- Communicate address change to friends, family and businesses
Age- in- Place:
- Safety Assessment
- Provide organization and planning to help scale down the home
- Manage the disposition and allocation of possessions to family, sale, charity and disposal
- Furniture Placement & Rightsizing
- Refer or assist with accessibility assessments, barrier-free living and universal design
- Record all medication for tracking of your prescription drugs
Home Sale:
- Provide introductions and offer suggestions of Real Estate Professionals, Home Appraisals, Contractor referrals and supervision
- Offer or refer home staging preparation for sale
